Welcome to the Villas at Jumping Brook, an active 55+ community of 160 single family homes located in Neptune Township. This beautiful community provides all the amenities needed for a healthy, active lifestyle including a clubhouse, an outdoor heated swimming pool, a tennis/pickleball court, and Bocce courts. In addition, this community provides events and activities that allow residents to become as involved as they wish.
Location
Ideally located west of exits 102 (Southbound) and 100 (Northbound) of the Garden State Parkway, The Villas at Jumping Brook is minutes away from shopping, restaurants and a host of entertainment opportunities. We are also minutes from the Garden State Arts Center, several golf courses, and naturally, the Jersey Shore, which includes the boardwalks and beaches of Asbury Park, Ocean Grove, Bradley Beach, Avon-By-the Sea and Belmar. Nationally recognized health care is available throughout this area, including the Jersey Shore University Medical Center, just minutes away. Newark Airport is about 45 minutes from our doorsteps and, finally, we are within a 90 minute drive of New York City and Philadelphia.
Amenities
Living in The Villas at Jumping Brook provides residents with the lifestyle that they can enjoy. The social hub of The Villas at Jumping Brook is its clubhouse. Neighbors gather regularly in the library, card room, craft room and game room testing their skills for bridge, canasta, Mah-jongg, poker and billiards. Residents also enjoy working out in the clubhouse’s fitness room. Tennis, pickleball and bocce are also available. Our outdoor heated pool has ample areas for residents to either enjoy the sun or stay shaded in our oversized gazebo.

Lifestyle
Residents of The Villas at Jumping Brook sponsor activities that cater to the needs of active adults. The Social Club puts together a great variety of events all year long, including holiday parties, trips to see plays, and various seasonal activities. A wide variety of other clubs (including book, garden, bocce, and women’s clubs) give us the chance to explore and mingle. Let’s not forget that during the warmer season months, there is also a very active water aerobics group.

Governance
The Villas at Jumping Brook Homeowners’ Association is operated by its elected, volunteer Board of Trustees. The Homeowners’ Association is very financially sound and is on target with the funding of its 30 year Reserve Fund that is so vital to the health and well-being of 55+ communities. We pride ourselves on our sound fiscal management — keeping property values and enjoyment high, and fees reasonable. In addition, our cadre of dedicated volunteers strive to help keep our community looking great. Association Advisors NJ serves as the property manager for this community.
